Members of “Women Who Care” and Durham NC Chapter, The Links Inc. recently unveiled the new ACRA PET STATION located at the Fitts-Powell Apartments in Durham. In addition to locating businesses to support the project, and install the equipment, members donated much needed cleaning supplies to the pantry for residents. A ribbon cutting was held on July 14th where residents and their pets came out to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Refreshments, including doggie snacks were provided. It is about the quality of life, and if you have a pet you want them to feel wanted and appreciated too!
