The Arts Facet sponsored an art supply drive in support of the art department at Global Scholars Academy. Over 300 items were collected. These included watercolors, oil pastels sets, markers and crayons. Multicultural crayon packs featuring 24 flesh tones of all hues were supplied for each student in the early grades of kindergarten and first grade to support the development of self image. Art teacher Mrs. Linda Cato distributed individual bags of art supplies for each students to support their at home virtual learning.
